Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, educate guests on products, and promote loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates are energetic, love interacting with people, and can multitask across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while maintaining brand integrity and policies. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find exactly what they’re looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Assist your team to get the job done in a collaborative environment.
