Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Chandler, AZ to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for guests.

You will engage customers, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while working across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You should be energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Need strong people skills and customer focus.
• Must be energized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
