Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Tucson, AZ to bring the AE & Aerie experience to life in-store. You will engage guests, share product details, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our brand values and the REAL you.

As a brand ambassador, you will flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• You are a people person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a retail or customer service setting is helpful.
• Able to learn product details and convey them to guests.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide purchases.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
