Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Gilbert, AZ. You will bring our brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing AE & Aerie with pride. You’ll educate guests, promote loyalty, and flex across multiple store areas while maintaining brand standards.

You are a people person, energetic, and able to juggle several tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience (preferred).
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find what they’re looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done with integrity.
