Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience and build brand loyalty with each guest. You will learn the AEO Selling Model and promote AE and Aerie products with enthusiasm.

You should be energized, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and values.
