Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador at our Old Orchard location in Skokie, IL. You will bring the AE/Aerie brand to life, deliver exceptional shopping experiences, and build brand loyalty with every guest.

You'll educate guests on products, participate in loyalty programs, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Prior retail experience and energy in a fast-paced environment are valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred or prior work in stores.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist in finding products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies.
