Job summary

AEO, the parent of AE and Aerie, seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values while sharing product knowledge with guests.

You will demonstrate the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on product details, highlight the loyalty program, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fittings to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and uphold standards.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
