Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in our Fashion District Philadelphia store to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience every day. You’ll engage guests with the AE Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Part-time Brand Ambassador role in-store.
• Provide an amazing shopping experience.
• Represent AE& Aerie values with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
