Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent the brand with authenticity.

You will help guests find products, share details, and build loyalty while living the company values and bringing your REAL self to work daily. You will use the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, educate them on AE/Aerie items, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they want with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player who supports teammates to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
