Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with authenticity.

You'll engage guests with the AE0 Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding policy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE0 Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done and uphold brand values.
