Job summary

Auburn Hills, MI — American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across sales floors and stock areas.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused and have prior retail experience. You must be at least 16 and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.

• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make thoughtful product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
• Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
