Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests' day better. You are the face of our company, love the products, and help build brand loyalty with every guest, while upholding our values.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, share product knowledge, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Knowledge of AE & Aerie products to make informed recommendations.
• Ability to promote loyalty programs and multi-channel brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done and uphold brand standards.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
