Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests feel valued. You’ll be the face of the brand, excited about AE and Aerie products, and focused on building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, engaging guests with energy while upholding company policies and integrity. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Interest in AE and Aerie products with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
