Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and guide shoppers to the right items, while promoting the loyalty program and other brand channels.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering an energetic, guest-first experience. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly demeanor and strong communication.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get tasks done.
