Job summary

Bacardi is seeking an Operations Manager for Casa BACARDÍ Brand Home in Puerto Rico. You will lead visitor center operations, guest experience, and staff development, while driving financial performance and brand standards.

You will coordinate with HR, EHS, and the Bacardi brand team to ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional guest service. The role requires hospitality administration experience, bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, and strong leadership to manage multiple duty managers

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality administration and/or marketing strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed above.
• Strong time management, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Visitor Center operations and all service areas.
• Directly manage Managers on Duty and staff to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain brand standards, training, and guest experience excellence.
• Oversee financials, budget adherence, and revenue initiatives.
• Coordinate with EHS, HR, and facilities for safety and compliance.
