Responsibilities

• Lead customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales.
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors in higher complexity stores.
• Own visual execution and product storytelling to reflect brand guidance.
• Monitor category performance using company tools and reports.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviews, hiring decisions and performance management with Store Manager.
• Supervise Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead floorset mapping, product launches, brand education and shipment processing.
