Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Manager who acts as a values-based leader to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. Responsibilities

• Lead customer and brand experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors in higher complexity stores
• Ensure visual execution and selling behaviors reflect brand guidance
• Utilize category-level performance insights from company tools and reports
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager
• Manage direct reports such as Victoria's Secret Supervisors and Selling Associates
• Perform floorset mapping, product launch support, and shipment processing as assigned
• Lead and model leadership competencies and policy adherence
