Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Brand Image Manager to lead the creative process across wholesale markets, translating global direction into market executions and overseeing installations, store environments, and activations.

You will partner with the NYC Brand Image team to maintain brand integrity across FOBs and accounts, managing coordinators and freelance staff while ensuring on-brand customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in visual presentation and apparel styling (rigging) in luxury retail.
• Experience in a luxury retail and wholesale environment is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations and work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication skills and brand understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage installations of interior and window changeovers and props.
• Develop design specifications by door aligned with seasonal themes.
• Maintain daily store interior sets and re-merchandising.
• Oversee sourcing and execution of all creative elements for installations.
• Research vendors for props and decor; train coordinators and freelancers.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to improve aesthetics and tidiness.
• Plan upcoming installations in line with the creative calendar.
• Manage budgets and ensure installations stay on cost limits.
• Collaborate with Brand Image, Retail Development and stakeholders.
• Maintain schedule visibility in SharePoint and cross-functional sites.
• Work with peers to support broader business needs beyond routine cycles.
