Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Image Manager to lead the creative process across wholesale markets, translating global direction into market-specific executions, including store installations and activations.

You will supervise a team of coordinators, travel to multiple locations, and partner with Brand Image, Retail Development and other stakeholders to maintain brand integrity while meeting budget and timeline goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual presentation and apparel styling preferred in luxury retail.
• Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Passion for Ralph Lauren brand and aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of interior and window changeovers, including production of interior sets, on-site prop handling and rigging.
• Identify and develop unique design specifications by door in keeping with established seasonal themes.
• Ensure store interior sets are maintained daily including repositioning mannequins and re-merchandising.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement and execution of all creative elements for installations (wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, props).
• Research and utilize multiple vendors for props and decor.
• Manage and train a team of coordinators; recruit freelance staff as needed.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to improve aesthetic and tidiness of each store.
• Plan upcoming installations aligned with the rolling creative calendar.
• Manage checkbooks and keep installations on budget.
• Collaborate with Brand Image, Retail Development, and stakeholders on priorities.
• Maintain understanding of schedules and installation timelines using SharePoint.
• Collaborate with peers on broader projects beyond standard cycles.
