Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to work with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences across our stores. You will be a frontline leader, building a consumer-focused team and championing elevated product knowledge to drive store growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience results in retail.
Leadership experience in a store setting.
Ability to coach and develop associates.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Set clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
Act as a leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
Partner with the brand experience leadership team to support action plans that improve results.
Lead floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
Perform opening and closing routines including deposits and shipments.
