Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop associates and deliver exceptional consumer experiences across Bath & Body Works stores.

You will lead the front line of our field leadership team, driving growth and elevated product knowledge. You will attract and retain top talent, set performance expectations, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment while meeting payroll

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance in a store environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold staff accountable.
• Lead duties as assigned by Brand Experience Leader, including escalations and operations.
• Drive floorset execution and product storytelling on the sales floor.
• Ensure payroll targets with proper staff coverage and selling focus.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
