You will be the frontline leader in the store, building brand ambassadors and driving growth through strong product knowledge and a consumer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Strong communication and adaptability; coachable and approachable.
• Willingness to work peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead as acting Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and drive results.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Manage opening/closing routines, cash handling, and operations.
• Guide daily direction and goals for the team; monitor performance.
