This role drives growth across Bath & Body Works, with store leaders serving as frontline, brand ambassadors who connect with customers and elevate product knowledge. The position focuses on leadership, talent development, goal setting, and ensuring operational excellence with a customer-first

Formación

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to provide on-the-spot coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
