Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Minimum 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably retail leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop associates, foster a consumer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the brand experience leadership team.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, goals and accountability.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks addressing consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
