Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

This role supports growth across Bath & Body Works by leading store leadership, elevating product knowledge, and modeling selling behaviors rooted in our values. You will train, coach, reward, and motivate associates, manage payroll targets, and ensure effective execution of operational activities

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Proven coaching and development of associates.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Act as leader on duty to handle consumer experience and operations.
• Collaborate with brand experience team to execute action plans.
• Lead floorset direction and ensure product storytelling.
• Open/close routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Maintain daily sales coverage with a selling focus.
• Provide feedback to leaders to improve performance.
• Uphold safety, standards, and company policies.
