Responsibilities

• Lead as acting Brand Experience Leader on duty and handle customer issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive in-store consumer experiences with product knowledge.
• Display product knowledge, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction for the shift and manage opening/closing tasks.
• Build connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at POS and floor.
• Support floorset execution, visual merchandising, and marketing placement.
