Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Houston, TX to model exceptional customer experiences and coach associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to lead by example, ensuring strong brand standards and smooth daily operations.

You will guide the team, foster an inclusive environment, and drive personalized service while leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel experience. This role is Regular/Part time with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to guide and develop associates.
• Help ensure top visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff for better interactions.
• Enable seamless omnichannel shopping using available tools.
