Job summary

You will lead store operations, set goals, and drive performance while ensuring brand standards and product storytelling come to life.

The role emphasizes coaching, team development, and maintaining strong store performance across peak days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to motivate and coach associates to improve selling and service.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Lead on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans to improve results and execute operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines and payroll targets with selling focus.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leaders.
