Job summary

Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with Brand Experience Leader to develop associates and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. The role leads store teams, drives sales, and ensures execution of operational activities across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory retail experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to coach teams. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays with a focus on delivering feel-good

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to coach and provide in-the-moment feedback to associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead on duty and address consumer experience or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with brand experience leadership to execute action plans.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to leadership.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Uncover needs, demo products, and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Open/close shifts during peak days and holidays.
