Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader, developing associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences while driving growth across the stores.

You will lead a team of associates, model selling behaviors, and ensure strong product knowledge to elevate the customer journey. You will work closely with leadership to execute action plans, manage opening/closing routines, and uphold store standards, while fostering a culture

Formación

• Proven track record delivering sales and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture and coach others.
• Strong communication skills with ability to give in-the-moment coaching.
• Able to meet the physical demands of store leadership and work peak days (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent.
• Lead on-duty and address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with brand leadership to drive action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines, deposits, and process shipments.
• Set direction for the day/shift and provide performance feedback.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, store appearance, and adherence to policies.
