Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional consumer experiences across our stores.

You will lead frontline teams, coach through performance, and ensure execution of brand standards. This role demands retail leadership, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage peak periods, holidays, and variable shifts while maintaining high standards of store

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to coach associates and handle peak-day shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set performance expectations and accountability.
• Lead as on-duty manager to address consumer experience issues.
• Support action plans with brand experience leadership team.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase product stories.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Provide feedback to leaders and drive exceptional in-store experiences.
