Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience by guiding Brand Representatives and Stock Associates. You’ll be part of the store leadership team driving performance on the sales floor through customer focus and teamwork.

Schedule varies weekly with 12–16 hours per week, requiring weekend availability and certain holidays. Peak times may increase hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
