Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience.

As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales on the floor. You will perform openings and closings, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, build displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand with energy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership potential valued.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and flexibility.
• Able to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
