Job summary

URBN's Free People store in Laguna Beach seeks a hands-on Key Holder to supervise daily operations and create an engaging customer experience. You will partner with leadership to drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and coach the Stylist team while upholding visual standards.

Responsibilities include managing store processes, omni-channel order accuracy, and collaboration with partners to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and profitability. Flexibility to work varying shifts is required.
