Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and creates an engaging visual experience.
• Advocates for technology usage and trains the team for Omni-channel transactions.
• Cultivates genuine customer connections through personalized service and styling.
• Leads talent planning and onboarding to strengthen brand and store connection.
• Drives engagement as manager-on-duty across zones with strong communication.
• Prioritizes employee development to build product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Oversees daily operations, scheduling and payroll management.
• Collaborates on visual priorities and interprets Home Office direction for the store.
• Analyzes opportunities in product placement and stock levels; connects with local community.
• Maintains store safety, inventory accuracy and policy compliance.
