Job summary

West Des Moines, IA—AEO OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our brand values.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, with a friendly, energetic approach. Must be 18+, available evenings/weekends/holidays, and ready to represent the REAL AEO Family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team to achieve store goals.
