Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the OFFLINE by Aerie brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program.

You’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed while maintaining brand integrity. Ideal candidates are energy-driven retail enthusiasts who excel in fast-paced environments, are at least 18, and enjoy engaging with customers while

Qualifications

You love interacting with people.
You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
You love AE and Aerie products.
You've worked in retail before.
You're at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

You're a people person and engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Support your team and contribute to achieving store goals.
Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
