Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in West Des Moines to deliver an engaging shopping experience and represent the brand with integrity. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and work flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and fitting rooms.

Prior retail experience is a plus, and you should be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves AE and Aerie products, and enjoys

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest appropriate options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
