Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Newark, DE to bring the OFFLINE by Aerie experience to life in store. You’ll greet guests, showcase AE & Aerie products, and create a memorable shopping journey.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, share details, promote the loyalty program, and switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. You’ll need energy, people skills, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Knowledge of AE & Aerie products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Share the brand love by promoting the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store teammates.
