Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Rehoboth Beach, DE to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program and help them discover items that fit their needs.

You’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, available evenings, weekends and holidays, and ready to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
