Job summary
American Eagle Outfitters in Duluth, MN is seeking a Part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest.
You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program and channels.
Qualifications
- Experience working in retail.
- Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
- At least 18 years old.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions.
- Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
- Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
- Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
- Support team and uphold integrity and policy.
