Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience and be the face of AE, sharing product passion and building guest loyalty.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model to help guests find what they need, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and emphasize the loyalty program. This role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience favored.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
