Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Duluth, MN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life for every guest. You will be the face of our company, delivering an engaging shopping experience and showcasing AE and Aerie products with enthusiasm.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, help guests find items, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years old.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
