Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Columbus, OH. You will bring our brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and adapt across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You’ll be energetic, a people person, and a team player who adheres to company policy while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can engage guests.
• You handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products and can educate guests.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns within company policy.
• Act as a team player and support colleagues.
