Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations and drive sales through genuine customer connections. You will work closely with store management to maintain brand standards and deliver an engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities include leading floor service, teaching product knowledge, and ensuring accurate omni-channel order processing while upholding safety and store policies. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Provide seamless omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside/in-store pickup.
