Urban Outfitters in Malibu, CA is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations and drive sales through genuine guest connections. You will collaborate with store management to maintain brand standards and an energetic, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities include leading floor service, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring seamless omni-channel experiences for customers both in-store and via curbside pickup. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

• Act as floor service leader, communicating daily sales goals and maintaining floor needs.
• Teach and share product knowledge and brand messaging to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
