Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the store floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while upholding the company’s culture and values.

You’ll perform opening/closing routines, manage POS transactions, and support omni-channel orders. The role emphasizes customer focus, leadership of teams even with limited prior supervisory experience, and adaptability to a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervision/leadership experience is not required but leading teams is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good communication and flexibility to handle varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture.
