Job summary

Aerie in Newark, DE is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to help the team.

Qualifications

You love interacting with people and providing a great guest experience.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

You’re a people person! Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friends‑first mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
