Job summary

Aerie in Montgomery, AL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life every day. You are the face of the store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests discover products they love.

You’ll engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie items, promote the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to assist customers and the team.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products and assist with selections.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed for coverage.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and pride.
