Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador at our Gainesville, FL location to bring the brand to life daily and create an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while remaining flexible across Salesfloor, fitting room and stockroom. Energetic, customer-focused candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to promote products and explain features clearly.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they seek with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
